From perspective of experienced ADV rider after 4k miles
April was almost over and yet the season hadn't really begun. Spring was taking it's sweet time getting here. Marc on his Honda Africa Twin, Super Dave on his BMW F800GS, Jason on his KTM 500 and Riley on his Husqvarna 701 decided it was time go riding. Weather was sunny, although the morning temperatures were right at the freezing point. We hit a familiar road only to find it was still entirely covered in snow. We did a fair bit of pushing and pulling but we made through. After the ride we retired to a local Harley hangout to enjoy a cold local beer while sitting outside on the terrace. Overall a great way to star the season.

We not only got to try out our Fancy new Sena 20s communications system but we had a new guy along for the ride. None of us had actually met Dave, on a BMW F650GS, in person before so we no idea how he would do. We started him out slowly with some easy trails and a bit of sand but by the end of the day Dave's shiny new GS was buried up to the axles in muck. Joe even managed to pry himself out of bed and join us on his BMW X-Challenge which is as rare as a unicorn on an HP2. Dave is a regular now but has been complaining for years how he hasn't been in any of the videos. I have been telling him that in the Awesome Players world he had yet to be born. So in this clip, with the help of the douche rope, you can witness the birth of a Player. Hopefully this video will put an end to Dave's whining!
I finally go over the bike... finally. If you have further questions, please comment. (I will answer them this decade, I promise)

Players Marc, on his big African Twin, and Riley on his mid-size? Husqvarna 701 Enduro head out on the trails on a grey Sunday morning. For late September the temperature was actually quite nice. They ride the ATV trails between Chertsey and St Donat and back. A little side trip on a hydro line doesn't pan out when they come to a rocky hill that bests them. Marc puts in a stellar performance and really gets the AT moving as well as up some gnarly climbs. The 701 shakes off the cobwebs and really starts running nice after changing out the crappy air filter oil. The front brakes on the big single were mushy for some reason but still had enough stopping power to get the job done. A brake bleed and fluid change would sort that out the following week.
