Restaurant Gordon Ramsay - An Interview with Clare Smyth

Fine Dining TV meets Clare Smyth MBE, Chef Patron at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, the three Michelin starred restaurant in London. Clare talks to us about the menu at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and shows us how to make one of their signature dishes, a lobster ravioli with langoustine and salmon.

Clare Smyth, chef-owner of Core by Clare Smyth in Notting Hill, London, has been voted as the 2018 elit Vodka World's Best Female Chef. Smyth opened Core in August 2017, serving British produce with dishes often inspired by her childhood in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. She is also the first and only female chef in the UK to have earned three Michelin stars, at Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, formerly known as Royal Hospital Road. Smyth will receive the award at The World's 50 Best Restaurants awards ceremony in Bilbao on 19th June 2018.
