The 2018 BMW M4 Reviewed - The Right Daily Driver?

The 2018 BMW M4 Reviewed - The Right Daily Driver? I managed to get my hands on a 2018 BMW M4. I decided I wanted to review an M4, and so I talked with the folks at Edmonton BMW and managed to get one to drive. After driving this M4 for just a few hours, I could tell that this was a top-level sports car. The question became, is this a daily driveable BMW? Well, after a full review of this car and all of the features, I can tell you that this is the closest thing to a sports car that you could still drive on a daily basis. The fit and finish of this car (both interior and exterior) is top-notch. We have carbon fiber throughout the car, leather all over the place (with double stitching), and an incredible amount of easy-to-use electronic features that make driving this car fun and easy. The power in this car isn't quite M5 level, but it doesn't have to be. With a 0-60 MPH in 4 seconds flat, this car can drive. It handles incredibly well, and it can drive like a track car in a lot of instances. What's more, it can also take a step back and become a quieter, easier ride. All in all, the #BMW #M4 is an incredible car for the money you're spending. The folks at BMW Edmonton told me this, (go see them here: but I wasn't sure until I took the car. Now I'm sure, and I'm sure it could be the best daily driver out there today. Upgrades for My BMW M5 at BMW Individual! | GARAGE

It's time to do some upgrades to the BMW M5! After some amazing usage so far, the daily super-saloon returns to base in Germany for a special visit to the M Studio. Going where cameras don't normally go, we can take a look around while the BMW Individual and M Performance Parts are being installed to the M5. At BMW M, we can explore the room filled with some of the most unique and bespoke cars from the line-up, featuring M Performance Parts and special BMW Individual colours and options. From the latest models including the M850i, M2 Competition and M5 Competition, to some particularly special M4s; including a Coupe in Signal Green and a Convertible in Purple Silk. With the imagination setting the limit, the cars have numerous upgrades that we can explore to see examples of what can be done by the team to new customer orders. With the car I have been using in recent months that comes directly from BMW M, we've brought it back against the norm for the installation of various parts including a bespoke set of BMW Individual door tread plates wearing the Shmee150 logo, as well as a special laser-etched dashboard to personalise the interior. On the outside it has had 6 carbon fibre M Performance Parts installed, including the kidney grilles, front aero lips, side skirts, air breather on the fenders, the Pro rear bootlid spoiler and the diffuser. The contrast of the glossy carbon against the Donington Grey paintwork adds some real character to this weapon! Thanks for watching, Tim Subscribe: Website: Facebook: Instagram:

BMW M4 Competition (450hp) - 0-250 km/h Launch Control🏁

Super FAST Autobahn acceleration & Launch Control with our BMW M4 Competition powered by the well-know R6 Turbo delivering 450 hp & 550 Nm of torque. The acceleration figures are impressive but times are affected by the tarmac (0-100 could be a bit better) and wind on this day (100-200). Also you have to remember that our M4 Competition has the optional CS parts which also produce more drag than the standard car. In the end the times are right in between an RS5 (slower) and our C63s (faster). Please stay tuned for lots more photos & videos of this M4 also airing on Facebook & Instagram soon! ---- Like our videos? Find more Automann-TV content on: ---- Instagram - Facebook - Web -

In addition to adding an updated iDrive multimedia system and standard LED headlights, the 2018 BMW M4 gets a new CS variant with more power as well as a specially tuned active M differential and adaptive suspension.

The 2018 BMW M4 is a compact rear-drive high performance coupe or convertible that slots above the M2 and below the M6.

Regardless of the body style, the 2018 M4 comes standard with LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, adaptive suspension, an active M differential, 10-way power front M Sport seats, a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, Bluetooth, a rearview camera, keyless entry and start, BMW’s iDrive interface with an 8.8-inch screen, cloth/leather upholstery and navigation.

Options include 19-inch alloy wheels, full leather upholstery, front and rear parking sensors, automatic parking assist, side and top view camera, a head-up display, carbon ceramic brakes, a heated steering wheel, Apple CarPlay, a wireless charging pad and a moonroof.

The 2018 M4 is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo I-6 rated at 425 hp and 406 lb-ft of torque and can be paired to a six-speed manual or seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Opting for the Competition package increases total output to 444 hp. The most powerful version is the M4 CS, which is rated at 454 hp and 442 lb-ft.

EPA fuel economy ratings for the M4 coupe are 17/25 mpg city/highway with the manual and 17/24 mpg with the automatic. The M4 convertible is rated at 17/25 mpg with the manual and 16/22 mpg with the automatic.

Blind-spot monitoring is a standalone option as is the Active Driving Assistant, which bundles together forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, automatic emergency braking, and lane departure warning.

The 2018 M4 coupe can hold 15.8 cubic feet of stuff, and that space can be expanded via the split-folding rear seats. Convertible models have 13.1 cubic feet of trunk space with the roof up and 7.8 cubic feet with the roof down.
