DO NOT buy this $100 Smart Lock...

Start protecting yourself online today with 77% off a 3 year plan by using code JerryRig at https://NordVPN.com/jerryrig TAPPLOCK HAS RESPONDED - SEE BELOW: There is a metal pin inside this lock that is supposed to protrude into the back panel to keep it from rotating. (See 3:47 in the video on the right hand side of the lock.) Tapplock has said my particular unit is defective, and should not have come apart that easily. It seems to be more of a defective unit situation, instead of a poor design situation. Tapplock said they have reviewed the quality control and found no other defective units. Tapplock will send free replacements to anyone who is able to displace the back-cover without damaging it. AND future batches will also come with proprietary screws. Just wanna keep you all updated! Huge thanks to NordVPN for sponsoring this video. Stay secure! At first glance this Tapplock fingerprint scanning padlock may seem like the way of the future... But is it? Is it secure? Is it safe? There is only one way to know for sure and thats with a review from the inside. Fingerprint scanners are becoming the norm on smart phones and other devices, its no surprise now to see them on a padlock. With a one year battery life, and enough storage for 500 fingerprints, this lock seems super cool. Made from solid metal, the Tapplock is anti pry and anti shim, making it pretty secure... but... but... what if there is an Achilles heel hidden 'round back. Is it possible to physically hack this $100 dollar smart lock? It is. Its great for the gym or something non valuable. But dont lock anything super secure with it. As always, hit that subscribe button so you dont miss any of my future videos, And if Tapplock secures the next version of their lock, or fixes the current version, Ill be more than happy to update this video. 10 BIGGEST FAILS OF THE MOST FAMOUS COMPANIES

BRAIN TIME ► https://goo.gl/tTWgH2 It's no secret that even the biggest, coolest companies can epically fail. Well, firstly, we are all human, and secondly, when hundreds or thousands of people work on a product, someone will surely make a mistake. Just imagine, what if, for example, someone brought a MacBook to the launch of a new Microsoft product and put it in the most visible place? Yes, it would be a real scandal! In any case, here we have ten of the most epic fails of the big companies.

Solving the IMPOSSIBLE LOTUS Puzzle!! LEVEL 10!

Today I'm going to attempt to solve this extremely challenging, level 10 Lotus Box puzzle! The object of the Lotus is to find the Lotus Flower. BUY PUZZLES HERE: http://bit.ly/2gcfgMe To do this you need to remove an aluminum circular disc with a rod running through the centre. But if you think you've done the puzzle by then you're very much mistaken. The Lotus is based on the Yen Puzzle which was invented by Wil back in 1979. That puzzle had a wooden frame with a nail in it that held a Japanese Yen Coin. This new puzzle is beautifully machined from anodised blue aluminum and has additional secrets not found in the original design. Those secrets are where the puzzle gets it's name Lotus Flower and until you understand the reason for the name it can be said you have not solved the puzzle. HERE is the smart lock we reviewed today: https://amzn.to/2Izr17K
This new smart lock should be able to connect with your phone, your house, and hold all kinds of different codes inside so you can tell who comes and goes. Pretty awesome on paper. But does it work in real life? After tearing down the Schlange smartlock we find that the metal construction is solid, and there is no easy access point to physically hack the lock... BUT from a smartlock perspective its... pretty dumb. The app to my phone just wouldnt work, and judging by the reviews from the app store... its a pretty wide spread issue.

On Amazon the lock very highly rated. In the google play store, it is not. Interesting.

It is a WONDERFUL keypad. But I was hoping for something a little more intelligent. Especially for that price.
