It is always good to have a well written hot story so full of love. That is what makes this story so compelling.
It I had one issue it was that I feel that Heather crossed a line a few times with some actions and words that would have hurt Vince a lot more even if he found them erotic. I would have preferred to have this discussed in more detail to help her get over the guilt she would have and the ego bruising he would have. There is no doubt based upon her attitude throughout that she would have felt that and he out and out told us he felt like he had been stabbed. Heather and Vince are a couple living out a fantasy of the wife being an escort in Las Vegas in their alter egos Angelica and Vincent.
Even though this is suppose to be the desires of the wife it is still very much a story about the couple itself. As the story progresses they find themselves doing things they had never thought possible while hiding behind the facade of their different selves. You can have desires that are outside of the norm of what you are use to but that does mean you no longer care for one another any less. What was suppose to be a few days of fun turned out to be one of self discovery for each person.
Without giving too much away there involved a scene with Angelica in the shower that I find to be the best scene in the book. Its a prime example of how complicated some people can be in their emotions and intents. A cleverly written book with well developed characters that are not only believeable, incredibly sexy and most importantly - likable. Like AJ, Jackson certainly gets things going on so many levels.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that KW put in the effort to develope the character of Vince enough to realize and reflect on the less than "glamorous" life of a "prostitute" or "Girlfriend" if you prefer. Great job, maybe the best KW to date. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy this genre. A relatively quiet beginning builds up to a sizzling finale. Well written with some very colorful characters.
Good read which merits a good recommendation. Hoping there will be a sequel. I like the fact that not only did they push over their personal boundaries but they did it together and still want and love each other. They are having fun and still thinking about the other. I enjoyed this story. No humiliation, wimp husband or hateful disrespectful wife.
That made it nice to read. One person found this helpful. This may be one of the author's best This author has a talent for walking right up to the edge of darkness but then stepping back into the light so that the readers gets a taste of the dark and can fill it in with their minds but it can still feel good. It does have some minor editing flaws but beyond that it's one of the best and a fun read!! I've been wanting KW to write something This book almost, to me, re more like a Ben Boswell story, and I mean that as a compliment to both authors.
At the moment Jackson privately propositions Angelique by the pool, I really thought this was going in an "indecent proposal" direction, which would be a really cool platform for Kenny Wright to take on. It doesn't go quite that way, but a twist here and there and the novel wraps up very well with lots of graphic, steamy action.
I read all Kenny Wright's books on Amazon. I somehow missed this one, however, when it first came out. This book is a bit different then most of his books, not as gut-wrenching. The husband doesn't just always watch. I don't want to give away any more, except to recommend you read it. Kenny is a good writer and he has penned another winner. I would have left out the last chapter, but you may disagree. See all reviews. Top reviews from other countries. This book was written around a great idea with some excellent well described characters.
There were some really sexy scenarios and the game that Heather and Vince were playing maintained my interest, especially as things became harder to control and the unwritten limits were pushed. My problem with the story was that the realism of such an arrangement became too stretched with how things panned out and I felt the emotional toll it should have taken out of each of them, was not present.
Surely there should have been more angst evident in at least one of them. Girl on girl is not my personal taste and I skimmed through those parts but that's just me.
But hey, this book is fantasy and those into hotwife stories should like it. Report abuse. This is a good story but it could have been so much better. The idea is excellent and drove the book very well. The aim of any book is to focus on its identity and deliver, this didn't quite do it. The writer fell short on feelings and high on sex. There should have been much more focus on the dominance of Jackson giving Vincent hell. The prostitute tale is great and the foundations went down brilliantly but the tale should have delved deeper on feelings to ramp up the angst.
This is a nice story with great characters with some small amount of angst which is nowhere near enough to give five stars. You lost it at the end of chapter Very disappointing. Try reading one of Eloise Harpers books as she and a few more authors ramp it up step by step. From start to finish this story keeps you reading. I could not get enough, it's exiting, it's mesmerizing it is sweet and a big turn on! Highly recommend!!
